General Promotional Terms and Conditions 

All promotional terms and conditions are declared here. 

2026 Easter Spend Over $250 on eligible items, Get Free Gift Promotion Terms and Conditions. 

  • Ends Midnight Monday 6th April 2026
  • Receive 1 free gift per order when you spend $250 or more in a single transaction on eligible products (after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes).
  • Only one (1) free gift is permitted per order, regardless of total spend. Multiple free gifts cannot be claimed even if the qualifying spend amount is doubled or exceeded.
  • If two free gift eligible items have been added  to cart, the free gift is applied to the item of lesser value only
  • Free gifts are automatically limited to one per order and cannot be combined or stacked.
  • Free gift items are available while stocks last. Once stock is exhausted, the offer will end without notice.
  • Free gifts have no cash or refund value and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or transferred.

Trade Pass Customer Survey Giveaway Terms & Conditions – Customer Survey

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this giveaway is SMAI (“Promoter”).

  2. Eligibility

    • Entry is open to customers who hold a valid and verified SMAI Trade Pass customer account with the Promoter.
    • Entrants must register and submit the survey using the email address associated with their SMAI Trade Pass customer account.
    • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter

    • Eligible customers must complete and submit the customer survey in full.
    • Only one (1) entry per Trade Pass customer is permitted.
    • Multiple entries from the same Trade Pass customer will not be accepted.

  4. Promotion Period

    • Entries open on 26 March 2026.
    • Entries close at 11:59 PM (AEDT) on 12 April  2026.
    • Any entries received after this time will not be eligible.

  5. Prize

    • There is one (1) prize to be won: one (1) $200 gift card to be used on www.smai.com.au
    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  6. Draw and Winner Selection

    • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
    • The draw will take place within 5 business days of the promotion closing date.
    • The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  7. Winner Notification

    • The winner will be notified via the email address linked to their Trade Pass account.
    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

  8. Verification

    • The Promoter may request proof of identity, eligibility, and Trade Pass account verification.
    • Failure to provide verification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

  9. Use of Entries

    • Survey responses will be used for internal research and improvement purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
    • Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

  10. Liability

    • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

  11. General

    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its control.
    • Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.



2026 After Pay Day Promotion Terms and Conditions. 

The 2026 March After Pay Day sale is eligible from 12pm Thursday, 19th March 2026 to 11:59pm, Sunday 22nd March 2026 

- SMAI reserves the right to end or modify the promotion at any time. 
- Promotions and discounts are on eligible products only. 
- Eligible products have their discount amounts specified on their product page.
- Excludes gift cards
- Some Discounts are applied at checkout. To see your final price, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout, where the discount will be displayed 
- Promotion is valid for in-stock products only, or where authorised by SMAI, a pre-order may be authorised for a discount. 
- Stock may not be held without full payment. 
- Discounts may not be stacked or combined. This includes loyalty points credits, may not be applied to promotion items. Welcome offers may not be used or stacked on sale items.

All promotional codes / discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including the MasterCoin Rewards discount coupons. Promotional codes are only applicable to the cost of the product and not applicable on shipping costs unless explicitly specified. SMAI reserves the right to verify the validity of any order and may at its sole discretion cancel orders or refuse to fulfil orders where the promotional offer has been claimed by a non-qualifying customer or member. Your purchase and delivery are subject to SMAI's usual Terms & Conditions. Additional conditions of use may apply and will be communicated by SMAI. Why are some items excluded from welcome offers and additional sale offers or promotions? 

SMAI aims to provide the best value and highest quality products. Some products are priced to be the very best value in market of an equivalent quality, and as such we are unable to offer additional discounts on those items. We understand our customers need the best value every day,  in martial arts belts, uniforms and elastic protectors and we aim to deliver that value every day without needing additional coupon codes. 

In any case, If you believe there is a better price available for any item we stock, we offer a price beat guarantee. If the product meets our price beat policy guidelines, we will gladly beat the price and we welcome you to contact our team on sales@smai.com.au to request a price beat. 

Promotions and MasterCoin Rewards

Promotional offers and MasterCoin Rewards coupon codes are not compatible and can not be used in conjunction. MasterCoin Rewards coupons may only be used on a checkout that does not include another coupon code sale item.
