TRADE PASS WEEK PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER DETAILS

This trade promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Sportsmaster Athletic International Pty Ltd - SMAI (“Promoter”), located at, 93 Jardine Street, Fairy Meadow NSW 2519 ABN: 16 098 249 257.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Promotion is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over who are verified SMAI Trade Pass Members 

2.2. Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of the Promoter and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter. 

2.3. To enter, participants must purchase any product from SMAI during the Promotional Period. Only one entry per eligible purchase applies. 

2.4. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid. 

2.5 Orders must be fully paid to be eligible for the daily promotion.  

3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

3.1. The Promotion commences at 9am AEST 31st March 2025 and ends at 11:59PM AEST 6th April 2025 (“Promotional Period”). 

3.2. Entries / Orders received after the Promotional Period will not be considered. 

3.3 Orders must be fully paid for during the promotional period to be eligible for consideration 

4. HOW TO ENTER 

4.1. To enter, eligible participants must: 

- Purchase any product from SMAI within the Promotional Period; and 

- Place the order using your verified SMAI Trade Pass Account.  

4.2. Each eligible purchase will receive one entry into the Promotion. Multiple purchases equate to multiple entries. 

4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify purchases and may request proof of purchase (e.g., receipt). 

5. PRIZES 

5.1. The total prize pool is valued at $1750. 

5.2. The prizes are as follows: 

- Daily draw of $250 Gift Card, 1 x winner drawn per day. 

5.3. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

5.4. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. 

6. DRAW DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION 

6.1. The winners for the previous day will be determined via a random draw conducted at 2pm on April 1, April 2, April 3, April 4, April 7th. Prize draws for April 5th and April 6th will occur on April 7th at 93 Jardine Street, Fairy Meadow NSW 2519. All dates are April 2025 

6.2. The draw will be conducted in accordance with a fair and independent process. 

6.3. The first valid entry drawn will win the daily prize. 

6.4. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result. 

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE COLLECTION 

7.1. Winners will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw. 

7.2. Winners will be announced publicly on smai.com.au on Monday 7th April 2025 

7.3. Prizes will be issued to the email address for the Trade Pass Account of the winner.  

7.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once delivered to the winner. 

8. GENERAL TERMS 

8.1. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. 

8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or violates these Terms & Conditions. 

8.3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. 

8.4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 

9. PRIVACY 

9.1. The Promoter will collect and store entrants’ personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion in accordance with Australian privacy laws. 

9.2. By entering, entrants consent to their personal information being used to contact them regarding the Promotion and future marketing unless they opt out.

By entering this Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
