Maintenance

  • Go to Detailed Maintenance Guide
  • DAILY - untwist handle cords. Twisted cords will cause premature wear of the cord. To avoid this, check the cords regularly and untwist them as needed. You will be able to see the twist in the cord; simply untwist by turning the handle in the opposite direction to the twist.
  • WEEKLY or every 50 hours of use - Inspect the handle cords and internal bungee cords (about after 50 hours of use).
  • MONTHLY - Operate the exercise machine for at least 60min per month to maintain the internal battery charge.
  • Cleaning is an essential part of the outer maintenance as sweat is highly corrosive and will destroy all components over time if not maintained. Correct maintenance requires wiping the machine down weekly with a cloth and PH neutral detergent and wiping dry, coating the metal components with a penetrative lubricant such as WD40 and wiping dry will also protect the frame against rust
  • Do not spray or apply liquid directly to the display monitor. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean monitor.
  • General visual check of the machine and all screws, Nuts and bolts is also highly recommended on a daily basis
