The SMAI X-FRAME series is back in stock for 2017 this week. A series of frames that is now used in Crossfit/functional gyms across Australia, as well as adapted for use in home setups. In 2016 these were big movers, selling out towards the end of the year!

Designed in Australia with input and direction from commercial gyms, we have worked to make the X-Frame series affordable, but at a quality that can endure commercial workloads and still offer a lifetime structural warranty!

1. SUPERIOR STEEL
All SMAI X-frame components (beams and Uprights) are manufactured with a minimum 5mm commercial grade steel gauge to support high static loads without fail, all base and end plates on uprights and Crossbeams are manufactured from a massive 10mm steel gauge to strengthen the structure and reduce all types of vibration and movement within the Structure.other key notable features in the steel manufacturing are the use of laser cutting on all components for a perfect cut and finish rather than cheap punching options.
All steel is finished in a textured Matt Black Powder coat preferred by Crossfitters as it is not slippery under use with or without Chalk.
2. LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
We provide a limited lifetime warranty on all structural components of the X-frame system which cover all structural components of the frame and welds for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
3. COMPLETELY MODULAR
All components within the range of X-frame components are compatible with one another and the completely modular design allows you to expand your rig as your business grows by adding more squat racks or rearranging the existing components to create new challenges for your members or maximise your space. Simply bolt on a new component to expand your x-frame and add new challenges.
