THE PITT

THE PITT IS A TRAINING FACILITY THAT FOCUSES ON STRENGTH, MUSCULAR ENDURANCE, CARDIO ENDURANCE, POWER, SPEED, AGILITY, AND FLEXIBILITY ALL IN ONE.

Purpose - Cardio endurance, cardio capacity, and speed are the purpose of this PITT. Using exercise machines like SMAI Air Bikes and SMAI Air Runners.

 

 I

Intensity -High-Intensity Interval Training PITT, for muscular/cardio endurance and agility. Using Cross Training Equipment like Battle Ropes, Plyo Boxes, Wall Balls, Dumbbells, and Sled.

T

Technique - Weightlifting, compound exercises, and cross-fit principles for muscular strength and power. Using Weightlifting Equipment like Olympic Barbells, Bumper Plates, Squat Rack and Deadlifting Platform.

T

Tempo - Based on boxing, body weight, and core work to build a strong foundation and total conditioning. Using Boxing Gloves and Gym Balls.
