Reflex Martial Arts Centre has been offering fitness and martial arts to the Illawarra region for 25 years. Their focus is on learning and teaching through fitness and martial arts training. Teaching the training styles of Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Boxing & Philippine Stick Fighting, Reflex Martial Arts Centre needs a supplier who can offer an extensive range of Martial Arts supplies. When it came time for a recent refresh, SMAI were able to strengthen the Reflex brand with a custom boxing ring and custom punching bags. The result is a refreshed gym that is world-class in its range of training options.
A FRESH PERSPECTIVE
CUSTOM BOXING RING PADS & ROPES
Reflex Martial Arts Centre had an existing boxing ring in place. While the padding and rope were reaching their end of life, the structure was sound. A cost-effective way to refresh the boxing ring was replacement ropes and corner pads. A custom printed design including a blue corner and a gold corner was produced to give the boxing ring a new lease on life.
HEAVY BRANDING
CUSTOM HEAVY PUNCHING BAGS
A series of custom-designed heavy punching bags were installed along the length of the gym. The bags were designed to make the most of an updated Reflex logo, resulting in a black and white bag with gold trim.
ZONED TRAINING
CREATE SPACES WITH SMART FLOORING LAYOUTS
Reflex Martial Arts Centre were able to cleverly create training zones using SMAI's flooring range. Using several products and colour variations, flooring is not only laid according to training suitability but visually marks training zones and fight areas for an organised, professional gym setup.
